'60 Les Paul Standard Guitar

The Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Reissue Electric Guitar is a beautiful LP that you'll want in your collection. In 1960, the Les Paul Standard still had the flame maple top, sunburst finish and Burstbucker pickups of its predecessors with an added slim taper neck for a decidedly different feel. This 1960 Reissue Les Paul captures the essence of the original guitar accurately and in great detail. Gibson includes a hardshell case with your reissue Les Paul.

As if that weren't enough, this Limited Edition features a rare "Aged" Washed Cherry Finish. Get all the benefits of a new guitar with a killer lived-in look that will inspire thoughts of past guitar greats as you pour out your soul.

This is an absolutely astounding guitar. It's beautiful, looks and sound. It's very expensive, but if you have the money this is the best one out there!

I love this guitar! Picked one up not to long ago and the thing sounds incredible. I had a 50th anniversary Strat also which sounds great but the Les Paul sounds so much cleaner. If you are looking for that perfect sustain and tone for classic rock and blues, this is it.

GibsonGuy1207's Style: Blues,Classic Rock, Jazz

Ive played on Gibson LP's for more than 8 years now. Standards,Classics,Customs, and now this lil bad boy. This guitar may not be a penny saver, but it sure isnt garbage. I decided to fork over the extra 2k for it and Im not displeased. It has such perfect sustain, and feel (for me that is) that it is ideal for almost any genre of music. For recording that extra powerful, extra beautiful sound it does its job. When distortion is added there is no bleeding between notes not string talk etc etc. Its almost perfect minus the price tag. If you love Les Pauls and great sound its my choice, if you love crap buy crap.
